Style Essential Reformer Mummy & Bubs

Multi-tasking is our specialty as mums so join me with your little one for a Mummy & Bubs Essential Reformer Class.

As long as you have the all clear from your physician, you are ready to exercise and ready to reactivate that core again - then the Mums and Bubs Essential Reformer classes will be a great start.

Depending on where your little one is at developmentally, you can have your little one on a bouncer or on a mat close to you! If your little one is more mobile then your little one can have some fun in the little safe space provided and watch their mummy have some 'me time' on the reformer.

Essential reformer classes focus on targeting muscles to be strengthened with the emphasis on either stabilising or mobilising muscles. Modifications will be provided where needed and you can work as little or as hard as you like.

realign the hips and sacrum;

build back abdominal strength;

Style Barre Class Mummy & Bubs

This class is open to all mums who have little ones, including post natal mums after 8 weeks who have the all clear from their physician through to those mums who are well and truly into the journey of motherhood.

A variety of exercises are performed to music on both the mat and the barre - no class is ever the same. This Style Barre workout is ideal for boosting stamina, regaining your cardiovascular endurance, toning, sculpting and increasing bone and muscular strength. Dynamic style dance movements choreographed and performed to up-lifting tunes will have you smiling one minute and feeling the burn the next!

Your little one can also act as an extra weight should you decide to carry your little one in a carrier throughout the movements. Carriers recommended for this class are the (Baby Bjorn &/or Ergo 360s) however, if you have a similar brand that is suitable for your posture then by all means bring this as an option throughout the workout! Alternatively, your little one can be on a baby bouncer or on the mat next to you whilst you are exercising.

Let's face it, this is the most flexible class on the schedule. Flexible being that no baby or little one is the same and one minute they may be asleep and the next they are bouncing away loving the music. This always makes for an entertaining 45 min workout with your little one!

So whether it is just an excuse to get out of the house with your little one or try something completely new, this Mummy and Bubs Class provides a warm and welcoming space for you to bring your little one and enjoy a new adventure.

Style Mat Class Mummy & Bubs

Have your little one right next to you for your workout or have them playing in the little safe space provided. Mummy and Bubs Mat classes are a wonderful way to share an experience with your little one whilst working on reconnecting with you body, stabilising your core, increasing your strength and flexibility, while improving your overall posture.

These classes are a a great place to re-start your Pilates journey and connect with other parents. Please ensure before you join this class that you have received the all clear for exercise from your physician.
